Azul Fidelidade is the loyalty program of Azul Brazilian Airlines, renamed from TudoAzul in 2024. Azul Fidelidade is the loyalty program of Azul Brazilian Airlines, one of Brazil's largest carriers. Until 2024 the program was called TudoAzul; the rename to Azul Fidelidade came with revised rules and closer alignment to the airline's brand. Azul is not part of a global alliance, so the program builds value through partners, including hotel group Accor, and through a large domestic network that reaches more Brazilian cities than any competitor.

The program's distinctive feature is Clube Azul, a paid points subscription. Members pay a recurring fee and receive a monthly deposit of points, effectively buying a steady stream of currency at a fixed rate rather than earning it only through flying. This subscription model gives Azul predictable recurring revenue and locks in members who have prepaid for points they intend to use.

The lesson for an enterprise operator is that selling points on subscription can convert sporadic flyers into committed members. A monthly points subscription creates a recurring financial relationship independent of travel frequency, smoothing revenue and raising switching costs. For operators in categories with irregular purchase cycles, Azul shows how a prepaid, subscription-based currency stream can build the kind of habitual engagement that transaction-only earning rarely produces.
