ANA Mileage Club is the frequent flyer program of All Nippon Airways, Japan's largest carrier and a Star Alliance member. Members earn miles on ANA and alliance partners, redeemable for award flights and upgrades, with ANA's own award chart still fixed rather than dynamic, a design increasingly rare among large carriers.

Status is governed by Premium Points, a separate measure from redeemable miles. Members reach Bronze at 30,000 Premium Points, Platinum at 50,000, and Diamond at 100,000, each with a portion required specifically on ANA-operated flights. Premium Points are counted within a single calendar year and do not carry over, so the status race resets cleanly every January. A second route exists for heavy users of ANA's Life Solution Services, which lowers the Premium Points bar in exchange for using seven or more of those services and meeting an ANA Card or ANA Pay spend threshold, though it still requires flying ANA.

The lesson for an enterprise operator is in the discipline of a fixed qualification window. By counting status progress within a strict calendar year and requiring part of the effort on its own flights, ANA keeps the meaning of each tier stable and predictable. For operators weighing rolling versus calendar qualification, ANA shows how a hard annual reset, paired with an own-airline minimum, keeps elite tiers tied to sustained, recent engagement with the core brand.
