- Luxury to economy across IHCL brands: Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Gateway, Ginger
Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass is the loyalty program of Indian Hotels Company Limited, the Tata Group hotel company behind Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Gateway, and Ginger. It was integrated with Tata Neu, the group's super-app, so members now earn NeuCoins, the Tata-wide reward currency worth one rupee each. Members earn on stays and dining and across other Tata brands, at two to eight NeuCoins per hundred rupees depending on tier, and redeem across the IHCL brand ladder. Status runs Member, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
The structural advantage is the shared conglomerate currency. Because NeuCoins are earned across every Tata touchpoint, from groceries to electronics to air travel, a guest accumulates hotel-redeemable value while doing ordinary spending that has nothing to do with hotels. A standalone hotel program cannot manufacture that breadth of earning surface. The operator lesson is that anchoring a hotel program to a parent group's cross-brand currency turns the whole conglomerate into a funnel for the hotels, a distribution and earning advantage available only to operators inside a large, multi-category group. It trades some program control for reach that money alone cannot buy.
