Overview

Club ITC is the loyalty program of ITC Hotels, one of India's leading luxury hotel companies. In October 2025 ITC Hotels rolled out a redesigned program. Members earn Green Points, worth one rupee each, at two to eight percent of eligible spend on stays and dining depending on tier, up from the previous two to five percent. Points redeem for stays, dining, and tier vouchers, or convert to Marriott Bonvoy points at a 2:3 ratio for global reach. The tier ladder runs Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and a new Platinum Select level that retains Platinum benefits for fifteen years. Points stay evergreen as long as the member transacts once a year. The program runs on GRAVTY, the Loyalty Juggernaut platform.

The standout design choice is Platinum Select and its fifteen-year status retention. Most programs make members requalify annually, which keeps pressure on but also risks losing long-tenured guests to a single slow year. A multi-year retention tier is a bet that recognizing lifetime loyalty, rather than only recent activity, reduces churn among the most valuable guests. The operator lesson is that at the top of the base, security of status can be worth more than the incremental benefit cost of granting it.
