Hotel loyalty programs

ALL Accor

Accor's ALL Accor program pairs a fixed-value reward-point currency with lifestyle partnerships, spanning economy to luxury across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

ALL Accor is the loyalty program of Accor, launched in 2019 as ALL, Accor Live Limitless and shortened to ALL Accor in 2025. Members earn Reward points on eligible spend, redeemable at a fixed cash-equivalent value against the bill, plus Status points that drive the tier ladder from Classic to the invitation-only Limitless. Accor pairs the program with dining, entertainment, and sponsorship partnerships.

Accor relaunched its loyalty program as ALL, Accor Live Limitless, in 2019, extending it beyond hotels into a lifestyle brand with dining programs and sponsorships. In 2025 it quietly shortened the name to ALL Accor, dropping the Live Limitless tag. The mechanics separate two currencies. Reward points accrue on eligible spend and hold a fixed cash-equivalent value, redeemed in set increments against a hotel bill rather than through an award chart. Status points, earned separately, drive the tier ladder from Classic through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with an invitation-only Limitless level above them. The portfolio spans economy brands like ibis to luxury houses like Raffles and Fairmont.

The design lesson sits in that split. By decoupling the spend currency from the status currency, Accor can tune earn generosity and status difficulty independently. It can run a points promotion to drive redemption behavior without accidentally handing out elite status, and it can tighten status thresholds without touching the value of a point. The fixed cash-equivalent point also makes liability easy to reason about, since a point is worth a known amount. For an enterprise operator, dual currencies are the cleanest way to keep two different behavioral goals, spend and retention, from interfering with each other.
