Jumeirah One launched in 2020, replacing Jumeirah Sirius as the single membership for Jumeirah Group's luxury portfolio, anchored by properties such as Burj Al Arab. Members earn two Jumeirah One Points and two Tier Points per US dollar of eligible spend across hotels, resorts, dining, and managed residences. Points redeem for stays, dining, and spa, or transfer to airline partners, while tier points drive status. The program is built on GRAVTY, the Loyalty Juggernaut platform.
Jumeirah One is a useful counterpoint to the ecosystem programs. It is a single-operator luxury program, yet it uses the same dual-currency structure, cross-surface earning, and partner-transfer machinery as a global chain. Recognition travels with the member, so preferences known at one property are known at the next. The operator lesson is that platform choice is not only for multi-brand ecosystems. A focused luxury brand still benefits from buying mature loyalty capability, dual currencies, tiers, partner conversion, real-time recognition, rather than maintaining bespoke code, because the underlying machinery is identical whether the program spans one brand or forty-five.
