Program facts
Overview
Wingstop had never run a loyalty program before Club Wingstop, its quarterly report for the period ended June 27, 2026 states. The national launch came on May 27, 2026. Before that the club ran only in select areas. A site notice archived on April 12, 2026 told members they had to be in one of them to earn, share or redeem points. The terms carry an effective date of September 17, 2025. The launch landed in a quarter when domestic same store sales fell 7.5% and digital orders made up 71.6% of system-wide sales. The club is free and open to US residents aged 18 or older, outside Puerto Rico.
Points come from orders paid on Wingstop.com or in the app, at 10 points per $1. The total is rounded up to the next whole dollar before points are counted. DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats orders earn nothing. A member who pays at the counter can claim the receipt within 30 days. Receipt claims are capped at two in a calendar week and four in a calendar month. Guest checkout earns nothing, and neither do alcohol, taxes, fees or orders paid with a Wingstop gift card.
Points are spent only in the app or on the website while signed in. They cannot be used at the counter, through voice ordering or on third-party apps. The program page sorts rewards into price bands. Dips and upgrades start at 150 points, and sides and drinks run from 400 to 1,000. Chicken and wings cost 1,200 to 5,000 points. At the base rate, a 150-point dip takes $15 of spending and a 1,200-point wing reward takes $120. Points cannot buy alcohol, gift cards, meal deals or combo meals. Each deposit expires 365 days after it posts, and the oldest points go first. New members get 5 free boneless wings.
Wingstop put point sharing first in its launch release and called it one of the first such features in loyalty. A member sends points through a link from the Rewards tab or asks a friend for some. Sent points stay visible in the sender's account until the friend accepts them, and the move is final after that. Group orders are the one case where more than one account can redeem in a single transaction.
Most perks so far are early access and short drops. Wingstop said members would get Sweet Heat Chamoy from June 26 to 29, 2026, before its national release on June 30. For Wing Week it said members could redeem one 5-free-wings offer a day from July 28 to 30. It said the Lemon Pepper Trio would reach members on September 10, five days ahead of the public. It also offered 100 Wing Passes to members from September 10 at $27.99 each, good for up to 18 Watch Party Bundles, one for every week of the regular season. The Game Day Punch Card, open from September 24 to October 21, gives a fourth bundle and a $50 Ticketmaster Ticket Cash code after three bundle orders. No paid tier or credit card is tied to the club.
Club Wingstop pays only on Wingstop's own channels and lets members redeem only there. A counter guest can still earn, but only by typing in receipts, four a month at most. The 10-Q called the loyalty liability immaterial for the quarter that ended a month after launch.
