Overview

Buffalo Wild Wings introduced the program in 2016 as Blazin' Rewards, its annual report for that year shows. Points then, as now, bought food and non-alcoholic drinks on a later visit. Terms in force from September 24, 2024 still used the old name. They paid 100 points for every $10 spent and 50 points on a check of $5 to $9.99. By March 2025 the terms carried the new name, a flat 10 points per $1 and a status tier. Company releases used Buffalo Wild Wings Rewards by March 31, 2025, yet a Free Wings for America offer in January 2026 still cited Blazin' Rewards terms.

Points are counted on the check before tax, fees, tips and discounts. At the bar, a guest gives the server the phone number on the account. Orders on the website or in the app earn when paid there. A missed check can be claimed in the app by scanning its QR code or typing its claim number. The terms credit at most two purchases a day and seven in a rolling week. Gift cards and merchandise earn nothing, and the same goes for orders placed through DoorDash, Grubhub or Uber Eats. Points can take 72 hours to post.

Blazin' Status is the one upper tier. A member reaches it by spending $250 on qualifying purchases in a calendar year. From then on each dollar earns 12 points, and extra offers appear in the account. Once earned, it stays in place until the end of the following year. After that, the member keeps it by spending $250 again in each calendar year. In the Month of Free, announced for January 5 to February 2, 2026, Blazin' Status members were eligible for one additional exclusive offer.

Redemptions come from a menu-item catalog posted in the app and online. The public rewards page lists a burger at 1,700 points and 15 boneless wings at 2,200. A claimed menu reward stays good for 90 days and applies itself the next time the member buys that item. An unused reward certificate can be canceled in the app to get the points back. The whole balance expires after 12 months with no qualifying purchase. New members get 6 free wings on a $15 order placed within two weeks. Members also get free wings on their birthday and buy-one-get-one wings on Tuesdays.

The Rewards Shop sells limited merchandise drops that members pay for with points or a credit or debit card. Its terms took effect on November 12, 2025, and it ships only within the United States, with all sales final. A $20 Hank the Halls Blind Box was announced for members from December 10, 2025. A Bottomless Apps capsule collection was announced for May 6, 2026, sold for cash or points. Membership is free under the terms. No paid tier or co-branded credit card appears in them, though they let Buffalo Wild Wings offer points for purchases from third-party providers.

The rename moved the Blazin' name from the whole program to its top tier. Status counts dollars, so a member who picks up a large group tab climbs faster than one who eats alone. The cap of two purchases a day limits how many checks count toward points and status. Reward prices set the real rate of return. At 10 points per $1 a free burger asks for $170 of spending. At 12 points it takes about $142. Because the shop takes points as well as cards, a balance can end up as merchandise instead of wings.
