Shell GO+ Rewards is the loyalty program on Shell forecourts in the United Kingdom. Its earning structure is built on volume rather than spend: one point per litre of regular fuel, two per litre of the premium V-Power grade, and one point per pound on selected in-store products scanned with the app, card, or key fob. Redemption is deliberately liquid. Two hundred points is worth one pound through pay with points at the till, and members can also convert points into gift cards from a set of retail partners, or take standing member benefits such as discounts on the deli range and car washes.
Earning on litres rather than on spend is the structural choice worth noting. It decouples the reward cost from the pump price, so the program's economics do not swing with fuel-price volatility, and it rewards the behavior the retailer actually wants, which is repeat visits and larger fills.
