Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and Barclays relaunched the Wyndham Rewards credit card portfolio on June 17, 2026, adding a premium tier to the four-card suite. The new Wyndham Rewards Earner Premier card carries a $395 annual fee and earns 8X points on stays at Hotels by Wyndham and 4X on dining, grocery and travel. It includes complimentary Wyndham Rewards Insider membership, a 25 percent discount on free-night redemptions, 30,000 anniversary points, and points that never expire, a first for the portfolio. “Loyalty programs work best when travelers don’t have to decode them,” said Scott Strickland, Wyndham’s chief commercial officer. The refreshed lineup keeps lower-fee options alongside the new premier card. Hotel loyalty programs have leaned on co-branded cards to deepen engagement between stays, tying points earning to everyday categories such as groceries and dining.
