Banyan Tree has relaunched its withBanyan guest recognition program, originally introduced in 2024, with four membership tiers. The tiers are Wanderer, Explorer, Voyager and Luminary. Qualification occurs through either qualified spend or nights stayed. Wanderer requires below USD 1,000 in spend or fewer than four nights. Explorer covers USD 1,000 to 4,999 in spend or four to ten nights. Voyager requires USD 5,000 and above in spend or eleven nights and above. Luminary is invitation only. Members earn no points or free nights. Benefits vary by tier and include up to 10 percent off online rates, complimentary drinks, discounts at galleries and spas, room upgrades, early check-in or late check-out, and priority offers at new hotels. Luminary upgrades are limited to three junior suites per year. The program remains combinable with ALL Accor benefits. Accor purchased a 5 percent stake in Banyan Tree in 2016. Banyan Tree properties participate in ALL Accor for elite qualifying nights and points redemptions. The status benefits remain modest compared with full loyalty programs. Hotel groups continue to test recognition layers alongside established alliances to retain high-value guests.
