Domino’s pays diners to beta test its relaunched app, website

Customers receive a $5 discount after placing orders on the updated platform between Aug. 3-30, with no feedback required for the coupon.

Domino’s Pizza will give customers $5 off their next order for using its new digital ordering system. The effort encourages customers to share feedback about its recently relaunched website and app experience and is supported by a new campaign by agency of record WorkInProgress. Customers who place a qualifying online order between Aug. 3-30 are eligible for a $5 off coupon that can be used the following week on a digital order. They are not required to provide feedback on the ordering experience to receive the discount. Along with the promotional offer, Domino’s has launched a campaign that will run across TV, online video, social and digital through Aug. 30. The creative is set to The Postal Service’s “Such Great Heights,” and the effort also includes a partnership with content creator Corporate Natalie. The brand generated more than 85% of U.S. retail sales in 2025 through digital channels. The effort aligns with the chain’s heavy reliance on digital channels, which accounted for more than 85% of U.S. retail sales in 2025.
