Banyan Tree relaunched its WithBanyan guest loyalty programs with four tiers last month. Visa Signature cardholders in Asia-Pacific can now receive the WithBanyan Explorer tier through a co-promotion with Visa. Eligible cardholders also receive a free night voucher after a stay of two nights. A maximum of 1,000 free night vouchers will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. The offer runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027 and applies to Visa Infinite cards issued in the region. Fast track applications are processed within two working weeks of registration. Each card member may redeem only one complimentary stay, which covers up to two adults and includes applicable taxes and service charges. Advance reservations are required at least seven working days ahead, subject to availability at designated room categories. The eligible Visa card must be presented at booking and check-in. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions. Banyan Group may update the list of participating properties without notice. Hotel loyalty programs frequently partner with card networks to expand member access in key regions.
