Accor and Uber announced a multi-market loyalty partnership on April 30, 2026, linking hotel stays with mobility and delivery. Members will earn ALL Accor points on Uber rides and Uber Eats orders after linking their accounts, and the two programs will share reciprocal benefits: annual Uber One members receive ALL Accor status upgrades, while eligible ALL Accor members get extended Uber One trials. The rollout begins in the second half of 2026, starting with Uber and Uber Eats in France, Germany and Poland, and Uber rides in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Morocco. Earned points can be redeemed across Accor’s hotel network and more than 110 partners. Alix Boulnois, Accor’s chief commercial, digital and tech officer, said the partnership weaves loyalty “into your everyday journeys.” Travel programs increasingly tie points to daily transport and food spending to keep members engaged between trips.
