Accor and Amex Expand Partnership to 12 Countries in 2026

The alliance adds elite status matching for eligible card members and a new option to transfer Membership Rewards points to ALL Accor.

American Express and ALL Accor announced a partnership that rolls out in phases across Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Eligible card members can match their American Express status to an equivalent tier in ALL Accor for on-property recognition at participating properties. The agreement also gives eligible card members the ability to transfer Membership Rewards points to ALL Accor, with conversion ratios set by market. Points may be redeemed across the loyalty program’s network of more than 45 hotel brands as well as dining, experiences and more than 110 partners. Suzanne Morel, Senior Vice President, International Products and Partnerships at American Express, said the collaboration delivers premium travel value and meaningful rewards. Mehdi Hemici, Chief Loyalty and E-Commerce Officer at Accor, noted the move connects the hospitality ecosystem with card members worldwide. The partnership extends American Express Membership benefits through status and redemption options in additional markets.
