Loyalty Juggernaut publishes this guide and makes GRAVTY, one of the ten systems listed. Read the GRAVTY entry as a vendor describing its own product. Each other entry draws only on that vendor's own current pages or filings. The list runs in alphabetical order. It ranks nobody.
What is casino loyalty software?
Casino loyalty software is the set of systems that turns play and resort spend into status and rewards. It has two layers. The casino management system rates slot and table play and sends points, comps and free play to the machine. Loyalty, marketing and host tools sit on top. They run tiers, offers, partner rewards and spend outside the casino.
Acres says its cashless layer works with casino management systems from Aristocrat, IGT, Konami and Light & Wonder. Smaller firms and add-on layers fill out the list. For tier credits, comps, accounting and player protection rules, read our casino loyalty programs guide.
Which casino loyalty systems belong on a shortlist?
Start by deciding which layer you are buying. A new casino management system replaces player tracking itself. A layer adds hosts, kiosks, an app, hotel and dining spend or partners to the system you have.
| System | Role in the stack | Best for, in the vendor's terms |
|---|---|---|
| Acres Foundation | Real-time data, bonusing and cashless layer, or a full system | Casinos adding cashless and bonusing on top of other systems |
| Agilysys | Hotel, dining and fuel loyalty layer | Casino resorts linking guest data beyond the gaming floor |
| Aristocrat OASIS | Casino management system | Casinos on land and online |
| CasinoTrac | Casino management system | Casinos in 13 countries and 41 tribes |
| Everi | Kiosk, app and wallet layer | Casino floors, now as an IGT brand |
| GRAVTY | Enterprise loyalty and partner layer | Casino groups and resorts that run one program across hotels, dining, retail and partner brands |
| IGT ADVANTAGE X | Casino management system | Casino and video lottery operators |
| Konami SYNKROS | Casino management system | Pubs and routes up to cruise ships and multi-property groups |
| Light & Wonder | Casino management system | Casinos of all sizes |
| QCI | Host, marketing and analytics layer | Casino resorts |

They include Agilysys, ResortSuite, Oracle OPERA, Simphony and Book4Time for hotels, dining and spas. See the integrations page. Member records stay in their home region, set for each program.
What it does. One program can run several currencies and tiers. Settlement and revenue split with every outlet and partner run inside the platform. Deutsche Telekom runs one program on GRAVTY with 4,500 partners in 9 countries. Member 360 gives one view of each customer, household included.
How the team runs it. Loyalty managers change rules in Visual Rules, a patented no-code engine. Each change is versioned and audit-trailed, with one-click rollback. AI-Trust flags odd earn and redemption as it happens. See hospitality loyalty on GRAVTY.
IGT ADVANTAGE X
IGT says ADVANTAGE X can be hosted on-premise or in the cloud. IGT's gaming business and Everi now operate together under the IGT name.
Konami SYNKROS
Konami's SYNKROS shares a patron master record across properties for a one-card program. It sends free play, bonus points or a multiplier to the machine.

QCI
QCI says QCI Resorts puts gaming, hotel, dining, loyalty and marketing in one platform. It also sells host tools.
What should casino loyalty software prove before you buy?
For a resort or a casino group, start with the tests that decide whether one program can cover every dollar a guest spends. The gaming-floor tests come next, and the demo table covers both.
One program across gaming and non-gaming spend
A resort guest plays, sleeps, eats and shops under one roof. Agilysys' 10-K says its property system interfaces with all core casino management systems. So hotel and dining spend can reach the player account. Ask each vendor where that spend earns and which ledger holds it. On GRAVTY, SHARE by Majid Al Futtaim members earn across malls, retail, restaurants, hotels and leisure in one program.
Partners beyond the resort
Casino programs can reach past the property through card, hotel and retail partners, as our casino loyalty programs guide shows. Each partner adds earn rules, statements and settlement. Deutsche Telekom runs 4,500 partners in 9 countries on GRAVTY. Our partner settlement guide covers the math.
Controls a regulator can audit
For tribal Class II gaming, federal rules cover changes to player tracking, promotion and bonus settings. A supervisor outside the team that asked must sign them off, or log them for a monthly outside check. Nevada's Technical Standard 3 wants a record of who made or approved each adjustment to a promotional account. So every rule change needs an owner, an approver and a trail. GRAVTY versions each Visual Rules change, keeps an audit trail and allows one-click rollback.
Uptime across the resort
The floor, the hotel desk, the app and every partner call the loyalty platform. Put the uptime figure in the contract for each layer. GRAVTY carries a 99.99% uptime SLA.
How does player tracking feed the loyalty program?
Every point on a casino floor starts with rated play. Slot play comes from the machine, and table play comes from a rating that staff or table tech records. The system then pays rewards back to the game, which is where testing labs and regulators come in.
Promotional credits at the machine
GLI-18, the test standard for promotional systems, covers free play and other awards a host system sends to a machine. It says promotional transfers stop if the link to the machine is lost, until the link is back. Ask each vendor to show that rule live.
Cashless wallets and kiosks
When a wallet holds promotional credits, GLI-16 says the cashless system must meet GLI-18 as well. It also calls for limits players can set on their own accounts and a time-out of up to 72 hours. Kiosks that turn points into cashable credits fall under GLI-20. Kiosks that redeem points for merchandise or services do not.
What goes to the lab
GLI-13 says a standalone player tracking system is not required for lab submission unless it affects revenue. Under that rule, a layer that only reads data need not go to the lab. One that pays credits to machines does. Ask each vendor which modules are certified, and to which standard.
Self-excluded players
Exclusion has to reach every marketing tool. Pennsylvania says self-excluded people must get no player club mail or promotions from the casino or its agents. That covers an outside loyalty layer and its emails and app messages too. Our casino loyalty programs guide covers other states.
How should you evaluate casino loyalty software in a demo?
Bring a rated slot session, a table rating, a hotel folio and one partner offer. Ask the vendor to run them live.
| Criterion | Why it matters | What to ask in a demo |
|---|---|---|
| Non-gaming earn | Hotel, dining, spa and retail spend should reach one member. | Post a hotel folio and a spa bill. Show where they earn and which ledger holds them. |
| Partner settlement | Partners earn and redeem, and each one sends a bill. | Show one partner's monthly statement and how it reconciles. |
| Uptime | The floor, the desk and the app all call the platform. | What uptime SLA goes in the contract for each layer? |
| Rule changes and audit | Regulators expect an owner, an approver and a trail. | Change a bonus rule. Show who approved it and how to roll it back. |
| Migration | Players expect tier and points to carry over. | How do you run the old and new systems in parallel before cutover? |
| System links | A loyalty layer is only as good as its feed of rated play. | Which casino management systems do you connect to in production today? |
| Rated play | Points start from slot data and table ratings. | Show a slot session and a table rating posting to one player. |
| Free play to the machine | Promotional credits move money on the floor. | Send free play to a game, then cut the link. What happens? |
| Lab certification | Modules that pay credits need lab approval. | Which modules are certified, and to which GLI standard? |
| Self-exclusion | Excluded players must get no promotions from any tool. | Add a player to the exclusion list. Show every channel that stops. |
| One card across properties | Guests visit more than one property. | Earn at one property and redeem at another the same day. |
| Hosts | Hosts need the player's value and offers on the spot. | Show the host view of a top player on a phone. |
How do you choose casino loyalty software?
Replacing the core system. Aristocrat, IGT, Konami and Light & Wonder sell these systems. So does CasinoTrac, which serves many tribal casinos. Test rated play and lab approvals first. Then ask how player data moves.
Adding a layer to the system you have. Acres adds cashless play and bonuses. QCI adds host and marketing tools. Everi adds kiosks and an app. Agilysys brings hotel, dining and fuel spend in.
Resorts and groups with hotels, retail and partners. The deciding tests are one program across every venue, partner settlement and uptime. GRAVTY fits that loyalty and partner layer, with SHARE, GHA DISCOVERY and Deutsche Telekom as proof of scale.
Online casinos. iGaming tools such as Optimove run online player CRM, with checks against self-exclusion before each send. Our loyalty fraud prevention guide covers comp abuse and account takeover.
Frequently asked questions
Which casino loyalty software suits a resort with hotels, dining and partners?
Pair a casino management system with a loyalty layer that runs every venue and partner as one program. GRAVTY fits that layer. SHARE by Majid Al Futtaim runs on it across malls, retail, restaurants, hotels and leisure. SHARE records a 35% increase in cross-brand engagement. GRAVTY carries a 99.99% uptime SLA, and the casino system keeps rating play.
What is a casino management system?
A casino management system tracks the gaming floor: slot accounting, player tracking, table ratings and the cage. Aristocrat lists accounting, floor monitoring, player tracking and ticketing in the core of its OASIS system. Player tracking in the CMS is where points and comps start.
Does casino loyalty software need lab certification?
It does when it affects revenue or pays credits to machines. GLI-13 says a standalone player tracking system is not required for submission unless it affects revenue. Promotional systems that send free play are tested under GLI-18. Your regulator decides what applies.
How much does casino loyalty software cost?
Few vendors publish prices, so expect a quote. Table Trac sells and leases CasinoTrac with support and maintenance contracts. Layers add their own fees, so price the whole stack over the contract term.
How do casinos keep self-excluded players out of promotions?
They flag excluded players in every system that markets to them. Pennsylvania requires that excluded people get no player club materials from the casino or its agents. Test the flag in the casino system, the loyalty layer, the app and email.
Why does Loyalty Juggernaut list its own platform?
GRAVTY is on the list because it competes for the loyalty layer, and leaving it out would hide that. Its entry uses Loyalty Juggernaut's own figures. Each other entry uses only that vendor's own pages or filings.
