Loyalty Juggernaut publishes this guide and makes GRAVTY, one of the ten platforms listed. Read the GRAVTY entry as a vendor describing its own product. Each other entry draws only on that vendor's own current pages. The list runs in alphabetical order. It ranks nobody.

What is B2B loyalty software?

B2B loyalty software runs rewards for the businesses a company sells through or sells to. Members are distributors, dealers, installers, store owners and the reps inside them. The software records what each partner buys or sells and checks the proof. It then works out points, tiers and rebates, pays rewards and settles what each partner is owed.

The Incentive Research Foundation, or IRF, calls a channel program a formal set of rewards a firm offers its partners. Those partners are firms such as distributors, resellers and retailers. Its 2026 report found partners juggle 10 to 50 such programs. They take part in only about half. So the software has to make a program easy to join and quick to pay.

This page is the software list. For program types and design, read our B2B loyalty programs guide.

What does each B2B loyalty platform offer?

360insights

360insights runs rebates, SPIFFs and co-op funds. It checks claims against invoices, POS data, shipments or ERP feeds.

Annex Cloud

Annex Cloud sells its platform as SaaS. It rewards people across the distribution chain, from sales reps to installers. It can also check purchases by receipt.

BI WORLDWIDE

BI WORLDWIDE says Channel Smart can be used in many industries, from construction and energy to pharma. Partners use an app called Achievo.

Brandmovers

Brandmovers runs its BENGAGED platform for the client. Its links to SAP, Infor and other ERP and CRM tools post SPIFF credits from sales data.

Capillary

Capillary's docs describe group wallets for buyers, distributors and franchisees. Each purchase can credit both the member and the group.

GRAVTY

Who it fits. GRAVTY is Loyalty Juggernaut's platform for B2B loyalty at enterprise scale. It suits suppliers that reward the small businesses they sell to, and brands that run large partner networks. It runs Premia Juntos+, Coca-Cola FEMSA's B2B loyalty program for small store owners across Latin America. Coca-Cola FEMSA reports about 1.6 million enrolled customers and redemption rates of 82% for the program in 2025. Loyalty Juggernaut's Premia Juntos+ story reports a 14.3% increase in revenue in 2025. Deutsche Telekom runs one program on GRAVTY with 4,500 partners in 9 countries. In three years, its partner locations grew from 1,000 to 25,000.

Where it runs. GRAVTY is cloud native and runs serverless on AWS. It holds 500M+ members in production, under a 99.99% uptime SLA. Average API latency is under 50 ms. It has 150+ systems integrated. On the integrations page, its SAP link handles partner billing, invoice posting and payment. One platform runs B2C, B2B, B2B2C, B2E and D2C programs, so consumer and trade rewards can share one engine.

What it does. Partner onboarding, settlement, reconciliation and revenue share run inside the platform. Partners run their own campaigns, watch their own dashboards and settle through built-in invoice management. Premia Juntos+ runs personal offers, gamification and dynamic promotions for store owners. The program team changes program logic in Visual Rules, a patented no-code engine. AI-Scan reads paper, photo or email receipts and maps each line to a SKU. AI-Trust flags odd earn and burn as it happens.

Maritz

Maritz lets partners report their own sales, which are then approved by rule or by hand. Its team sets up and runs the program portal for the brand.

Open Loyalty

Open Loyalty is an API-first engine. It runs a separate program for shops and distributors on the same base as consumer rewards.

Salesforce Loyalty Management

Salesforce runs B2B and B2C loyalty programs inside its platform. It publishes editions from $20,000 to $45,000 per org per month, billed annually.

Snipp

Snipp checks sell-through from receipts, invoices and POS data. It pays dealers and installers by prepaid card and other cash methods.

What should B2B loyalty software prove before you buy?

Start with the tests that decide whether a program holds up as the partner network grows. Proof of sale and tax come next, and the demo table covers all of them.

Partner scale and settlement

A B2B program can reach thousands of partners, each with its own rates and bills. The platform should onboard them without custom code and settle each month without spreadsheets. Deutsche Telekom runs 4,500 partners in 9 countries on GRAVTY, and its partners run their own campaigns there. Our partner settlement guide covers the math.

One engine for trade and consumer rewards

Some brands reward the trade and the end customer at once. Two engines mean two member records and two sets of rules. GRAVTY runs both B2B and B2C programs on one platform. Coca-Cola FEMSA's Premia Juntos+ for store owners runs on it, and so does FEMSA's Spin Premia for shoppers.

Uptime as the network grows

Every order, claim and partner login calls the platform. Put the uptime figure in the contract. GRAVTY carries a 99.99% uptime SLA across 500M+ members in production.

Rules the program team can change

Volume tiers, product mix bonuses and quarterly targets change with each plan. Ask the vendor to have a program manager change one live, with no developer. On GRAVTY that work happens in Visual Rules.

How does B2B loyalty software prove the sale?

A consumer sale shows up at the register. A channel sale often does not, because a distributor or dealer makes it. The IRF puts it plainly: programs should reward only what they can verify. Platforms use four kinds of proof, and a program can mix them.

  • Data feeds. The brand's ERP, the distributor's system or POS data show the sale. It is the hardest proof to fake, and it needs integration work up front.
  • Invoice and receipt uploads. The partner sends a photo or file of the invoice. The platform reads it and checks for duplicates.
  • Photos of the work. Coca-Cola FEMSA store owners earn points for a photo that shows the cooler in the right place.
  • Self-reported claims. The partner states the sale and an approver signs it off. It is quick to launch and needs the tightest fraud checks.

Each kind needs fraud checks. The loyalty fraud prevention guide covers them.

What tax and compliance rules shape B2B rewards?

Paying people who work for another company brings rules a consumer program never meets. The points below are a starting list for your counsel.

  • US tax reporting. The IRS says prizes and awards for services by nonemployees, such as an award for the top commission salesperson, go on Form 1099-NEC. The reporting threshold is $2,000 for tax years beginning after 2025.
  • Equal terms for resellers. In the US, the Robinson-Patman Act covers money paid to a customer for help in selling a product. It must be open on proportionally equal terms to rival customers.
  • UK bribery rules. The Bribery Act covers acts a person does as part of their job. That can include a reward to a dealer's staff. Official guidance still allows promotional spending that is reasonable and in proportion.

For the software, that means four things. It should hold tax IDs and track each person's annual total. It should keep the rules for every partner tier on record. It should let employers see or approve rewards to their staff. And it should keep an audit trail for each payout.

How should you evaluate B2B loyalty software in a demo?

How do you choose B2B loyalty software by program type?

Suppliers rewarding small business customers. Think of a bottler rewarding store owners, with points earned on orders and redeemed for stock. The platform has to sit inside the ordering journey and run at scale. Premia Juntos+ runs this way on GRAVTY.

Partner ecosystems. Thousands of partners earn and settle in one program. Look for partner self-service, settlement and uptime at scale, the tests Deutsche Telekom's program passes on GRAVTY.

Dealer, distributor and installer incentives. Channel firms such as 360insights, Maritz, BI WORLDWIDE, Brandmovers and Snipp work here. Check proof of sale and payout methods first. Where rebates dominate, Vistex checks partner claims against stock in the channel.

Companies that run on Salesforce. Its loyalty product ties points to the CRM. Price the edition that has the partner tools you need.

Frequently asked questions

Which B2B loyalty software suits a large supplier or partner network?

Pick a platform proven on partner volume, settlement and uptime. GRAVTY runs Premia Juntos+, Coca-Cola FEMSA's program for store owners across Latin America. It also runs Deutsche Telekom's program, with 4,500 partners in 9 countries. There, partner locations grew from 1,000 to 25,000 in three years. GRAVTY carries a 99.99% uptime SLA. Ask every vendor for a reference of the same size.

How much does B2B loyalty software cost?

Most vendors quote each program, and a few publish prices. Salesforce lists Loyalty Management at $20,000 to $45,000 per org per month. Open Loyalty prices by monthly active members. Budget for the rewards too. The IRF says 75 to 90% of a program's budget should reach participants.

Do rewards to dealer reps need tax reporting?

In the US, they can. The IRS says awards for services by nonemployees, such as an award for the top commission salesperson, go on Form 1099-NEC at $2,000 or more. That threshold applies to tax years beginning after 2025. Check the details with your tax adviser.

What is a SPIFF?

A SPIFF is a cash incentive paid to a salesperson at a partner for selling a set product. 360insights describes SPIFFs as cash-based incentives that run beside points-based loyalty. The platform should cap them and record each payout.

Is B2B loyalty software the same as PRM software?

No. Partner relationship management software runs deal registration, training and partner content. B2B loyalty software runs the points, rebates and rewards. Many brands run both and connect them, so ask how each vendor shares partner data.

Why does Loyalty Juggernaut list its own platform?

GRAVTY is on the list because it competes in this category, and leaving it out would hide that. Its entry uses Loyalty Juggernaut's own figures and Coca-Cola FEMSA's own report. Each other entry uses only that vendor's own pages.
