Overview

Caesars Rewards spans more than 50 Caesars destinations, from the Las Vegas resorts to Harrah's and Horseshoe casinos. It also covers the company's apps for sports betting, online casino play and race betting. Caesars' 2025 annual report calls the program core to its cross-market plan. A guest who plays in one region and travels to another stays inside one program, and one account follows them online. Caesars also puts cash and Caesars Rewards in one digital wallet.

Every activity pays two balances. Reward Credits are the spending money, and Tier Credits set status. On direct hotel bookings, dining, shopping, the spa and golf, a dollar earns 1 Reward Credit and 1 Tier Credit. A reel slot pays 1 of each for every $5 played, and video poker pays 1 for every $10. Table games pay by game, average bet and time played. Online slots match the casino floor at $5 of play per credit, while online table games need $25 per credit. Sports bets earn up to 10 credits per $100 on straight bets, up to 30 on parlays and up to 50 on same game parlays.

Status follows the calendar year. Gold starts at zero, Platinum at 5,000 Tier Credits, Diamond at 15,000, Diamond Plus at 25,000 and Diamond Elite at 75,000. Seven Stars needs 150,000 and an invitation. Tier Credits reset to zero every January 1. On top of that, daily bonuses reward a single big day: 500 Tier Credits in a day adds 125, 1,000 adds 1,000, 2,500 adds 5,000 and 5,000 adds 10,000. Those top two bonuses put a member at Platinum or Diamond in one day. From August 1, 2026, Horseshoe Tunica, Horseshoe Bossier City and Harrah's Gulf Coast no longer pay the daily bonus and run multiplier events instead.

Reward Credits have more than one price. At a Caesars Rewards Center, 200 Reward Credits buy $1 of free play. Online, 100 buy $1 of casino bonus cash. Credits also pay for rooms, dining, shows and shopping at participating outlets. The balance stays alive as long as the member earns at least one Reward Credit every six months, and the whole balance expires after six months with none. Member perks climb with tier, and room discounts grow from 10% to 15%. Seven Stars members get a yearly trip with up to $1,200 in airfare and a $500 dining credit, plus a Companion Card that shares their status.

Partners carry the program off property. Caesars and Wyndham Rewards match status both ways. Caesars Platinum gets Wyndham Platinum, and Diamond and Seven Stars get Wyndham Diamond. Members can also move up to 30,000 Reward Credits into Wyndham points. Norwegian Cruise Line, the official cruise partner, takes up to 30% off fares. It also gives Diamond Elite and Seven Stars members an annual voyage of up to 7 days. Comenity Bank issues the Caesars Rewards Visa Signature card, which has no annual fee.

The two prices for a Reward Credit say where Caesars wants members to spend. Free play at the casino costs twice the credits of online bonus cash, which makes the digital apps the cheaper place to redeem. The daily bonus chart works the other way from a slow annual climb: it pays most to members who concentrate play in one visit. Caesars' 10-K values the unredeemed balance at $89 million at the end of 2025, up from $79 million, a rise of $10 million in a year.
